This review policy describes how your reviews concerning Ski-Planet are collected and your right on their publication and erasure. It mainly covers:

What is a helpful review?

The comments should be limited to impressions or remarks regarding your holiday once it is over. They must be as close to reality as possible, written in a clear manner and helpful for the user.
Write relevant content so that the user will get genuine help to select and choose a vacation spot.
Write content for “any public” so that it can be read by people of all ages.
Tell about your own experience, only mention what happened to you during your holiday.
You can only leave one testimonial per person and per holiday booked with our company.

What is an inappropriate review?

Reviews with obscene, discriminatory, defamatory, violent and abusive comments will be systematically rejected.
Reviews with political, ethical and religious comments will be systematically rejected.
Reviews with unverified information, rumours or opinions of other people will be systematically rejected.
Reviews with information related to privacy (surname, first name, telephone number, email or postal address and so on) will systematically be rejected.
Photos liable to harm the integrity of a person or of a group of people will be systematically rejected.
Claims during and after the stay will not be published as opinions. Your complaints must be sent by mailComments about Mer-Evasion or the Mer-Evasion team will not be published as opinions. Your comments must be sent by mail.

How to publish a review?

Returning from holiday, every customer can make a comment about their stay via the form we send or via their Custom area.
100% of reviews (comments and grades) published are exclusively from travellers who booked their holiday on Mer-Evasion.

What is the publishing procedure of Mer-Evasion?

All the reviews are systematically verified before they are put online. Mer-Evasion reserves the right to tone down any review that does not comply with the conditions of the charter.
Partners and service providers are given a right of reply.
The online release can be delayed following the verification process and the time allowed for the right of reply. Usually it is published within two months as long as all the elements are present.
The reviews are published in reverse chronological order: from the most recent holiday to the oldest one.
The reviews are the property of Mer-Evasion so Mer-Evasion can use them. Consequently the authors renounce their rights as soon as the reviews are published. However they can withdraw their review by making a written request to Mer-Evasion.

How to delete a review?

Any request to delete a review can be made by mail. Any claim will be investigated by Mer-Evasion.

How to report abuse?

We invite you to report by mail any content that does not comply with the charter.
