The fenced in, secure residence « Le Vallon du Roy » is situated at the heart of a pine-forest,4 Km from Sanary sur Mer and 1 Km from Bandol. The Lido beach, 600 metres away, can be reached by means of a private, shady footpath. The residence is made up of three 2 to 3-storey buildings, divided into 62 apartments, all fully renovated and with a terrace. At your disposal : open-air, non-heated swimming pool, open from May to the end of September, children's playground, tennis court, petanque area, fee-paying launderette and free outdoor car park.
