The Residence Hôtelière du Golf, located on the prestigious Moliets golf course only 700m from the beach, consists of apartments that can sleep up to 8 people and houses able to accommodate up to 10 people. Two swimming pools, a paddling pool, play area and large garden are all at your disposal. The apartments, which all boast a balcony or terrace with views over the golf course and the gardens, are part of the Résidence du Golf. You will have free access to the pools, terraces and gardens of the residence and a discount for the golf course (except week ends and during the high season).

Located in Saint Jean de Monts, 250m from the sea and near a lake, the superb Maisons de Lac résidence is a collection of twinned holiday cottages. This is the perfect place to come on holiday with family or friends, with plenty to do in the area: well being centre with thalsasso, swimming, the beach, golf - something for everyone!
Each cottage has a terrace with garden furniture, a private garden and a parking space.
To make for an even better holiday, at Les Maisons du Lac there is also a children's club for two half days per week (Mon-Fri), which runs activities and events for children age 4-12 years old.

The Residence "Les Greens du Bassin", built in traditional regional style is situated 5km from the marina and from the well-appointed La Hume beach, nestling in the golf course, amidst luxuriant vegetation and close to the club house. The apartments are divided between 4 small 2 and 3-storey buildings. The semi detached houses are in a natural green setting, in little blocks of 3 to 5 fully equipped houses. The villas on one level are built on the edge of the golf course. The following are at your disposal: outdoor heated swimming pool, for the whole residence, open from mid-April to the end of September, bike hire and a fee-paying Wi-Fi connection in the apartments.
