Located in Saint Jean de Monts, 250m from the sea and near a lake, the superb Maisons de Lac résidence is a collection of twinned holiday cottages. This is the perfect place to come on holiday with family or friends, with plenty to do in the area: well being centre with thalsasso, swimming, the beach, golf - something for everyone!
Each cottage has a terrace with garden furniture, a private garden and a parking space.
To make for an even better holiday, at Les Maisons du Lac there is also a children's club for two half days per week (Mon-Fri), which runs activities and events for children age 4-12 years old.

The Residence is situated 700 m from the town centre and the beach and is made up of 95 little houses split up into groups. The apartments, from the studio for 2 persons to the 2/3-roomed apartment for 6 persons, are all fully equipped. Trégastel is a famous seaside resort 5 km from Perros Guirec and 10 km from Lannion, at the heart of the magnificent "Pink Granite" coast.
