The Residence is situated 700 m from the town centre and the beach and is made up of 95 little houses split up into groups. At your disposal are the following: a heated, swimming pool, with moveable dome, allowing it to be uncovered, a health and well-being centre, sauna (with entrance fee), games' room, sports' ground, petanque area, children's playground, bike shed, fee-paying wi-fi internet area, laundry (with charge) and free outdoor car park.

Opposite the sea and looking out over Saint Anne's bay, the residential complex "Les Bains" is situated 100 m from the shops and has direct access to the coastal path. The apartments, from the studio for 2 persons to the 2/3-roomed apartment for 6 persons, are all fully equipped. The following are at your disposal: fee-paying internet reception point and an outdoor car park (1 parking spot per apartment). Trégastel is a famous seaside resort 5 km from Perros Guirec and 10 km from Lannion, at the heart of the magnificent "Pink Granite" coast. It offers 17 km of rugged coastline: fine sandy beaches and creeks with pink granite formations that can be found all along the coastal path.

he 4* Goélia tourist residence “Le Domaine de Pont Aven” is located in a residential area, overlooking the charming little town of Pont Aven, 6 minutes walk from the Aven and the Museum of Fine Arts, at heart of an immense park.
You will access the Port and the center of Pont Aven via direct and private access (communal path with a stone staircase not recommended for people with walking difficulties). The large beaches are located within a radius of 13 to 15 km (the superb beach of Port Manec'h at 11km (with nautical club) and the beach of Tahiti in Nevez (12 km) among others.
The residence consists of a main building “Le Manoir” housing the reception, the heated indoor swimming pool, a sauna and whirlpool, and air-conditioned studios and 2 and 3 room apartments for 2 to 4 people, as well as a hamlet of semi-detached houses for 6 people built in a style inspired by Breton architecture.
