Palavas-Les-Flots, located about 10 km from Montpellier, is the first balneo resort of Montpellier. It enjoys an exceptional climate thanks to its sunny 300 days a year. Palavas seduces you with its 7 km of sandy beach, a marina and "joie de vivre" in all seasons. Residences Le Scarlett and Les Soleillades consist of apartments and semi-detached houses located side by side at 300 m from the beach and 800 m from the center and shops (car recommended). At your disposal: an outdoor unheated swimming pool in each residence is open from mid-June to mid September depending on weather. The Scarlett: 14x8; The Soleillades: 19x8. Pools only available to customers of each residence respectively.
