Located 20 meters away from the beach, the residence offers a wonderful panaroma over the Ocean, overhanging the Bay of Bertheaume. In a 4 hectares park at the edge of the sean the pedestrian residence has a direct access to the beach and is composed of 96 semi-detached houses with, for most of them, a view over the sea. In the middle of the residence you will find a leisure centre with an indoor and warmed swimming pool, an outdoor and warmed swimming pool, a sauna and a fitness centre.
