The Residence "Les Greens du Bassin", built in traditional regional style is situated 5km from the marina and from the well-appointed La Hume beach, nestling in the golf course, amidst luxuriant vegetation and close to the club house. The apartments are divided between 4 small 2 and 3-storey buildings. The semi detached houses are in a natural green setting, in little blocks of 3 to 5 fully equipped houses. The villas on one level are built on the edge of the golf course. The following are at your disposal: outdoor heated swimming pool, for the whole residence, open from mid-April to the end of September, bike hire and a fee-paying Wi-Fi connection in the apartments.

Exceptionally well situated, close to LA BAULE, Batz sur mer is a small town built on the Croisic peninsula. The Residence Valentin Plage is situated 2km from the centre of Batz sur Mer. The four buildings that make up the residence are on the sandy stretch of beach, the "plage Valentin", south-facing and just at the foot of the coastal path. It offers a great variety of types of apartment ranging from the studio apartment for 2 pers to the 3-roomed apartment for 7-8 persons.
